What is a Crystal Healing?

Crystal Healing is the application of crystals on or near the energy points of the body to help bring about relaxation, stress release and the balancing and centering of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.

Being very attuned to crystals, I am easily able to tap into their energy to help direct and amplify it. I choose crystals based on my intuition; the energetic feeling I get from the crystals, what I feel is right as well as what I sense from my clients.

Crystal Healing is extremely beneficial to the body, mind and soul. The energy of crystals is subtle and gentle, yet powerful and affects the energy system of a person in a very positive way. Crystals can help one release stale and stagnant energy, they can assist in overcoming fears and burdens and can help one go right to the root of personal issues and problems. The list is endless!
